A resin collected by bees from the buds and bark of trees, Propolis is used as a shield to protect, sanitize and disinfect the hive. Thanks to its high content of flavonoids, it has antiseptic, antibacterial and antioxidant properties that gently cleanse and detoxify the skin.

Derived from dry coconut pulp, this oil, rich in lauric acid, is traditionally used in soaps for its foaming and cleansing power. Its fatty acid content makes it a very popular ingredient for its softening, emollient and protective properties. Deodorized, copra oil is a good alternative to virgin coconut oil with its very strong smell.

GLYCERINE

Coming from the traditional saponification process in a cauldron, glycerin is naturally present in our liquid Marseille soaps. Capable of retaining up to 25% of its weight in water, it acts as a reservoir of water for the skin and is thus an excellent moisturizing agent. It is also known for its emollient and protective properties.
